Our payment is by T/T or credit card before production. For small cash amounts we can accept payment by check. Credit terms are offered to customers who have been working with us for more than 6 months and credit is approved by a credit rating agency.
What are your packing methods?
Our usual packing method is as per customer request or 100pcs per poly-bag. The poly-bags containing the same items are then placed in a larger poly-bag and finally placed in a carton. We can provide you products with special packaging programs such as on printed cards, in an OPP bag, printed barcode or label, or anything other request you may have.We can print your logo, usage and ironing instructions etc. as your request.
What shipment terms are the price based on?
There are three general terms:
1) Prices are based on F.O.B. Bangkok;
2) Prices based on C&F (your port);
3) Prices based on LDP / Landed duty paid.
How long does it take to make new samples?
We offers quick service for new designs. Normally, it will take 4~7 business days to complete a sample for review. However the lead-time can be affected by how complex the design is or availability of certain materials at the time the sample is requested.
How would you meet our requirements?
Well experienced in house digitizing and designers can easily transform your pictures, scanned images, sketches or 2-D graphic image into a 3-D embellishment. Send us your own artwork by e-mail with your detailed instructions about size, color, materials used such as embroidery, fabric and accents you wish to use.
